WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE A WEDDING PLANNER?
Planning a wedding comes with many warm fuzzies, getting to try on wedding gowns, being surrounded by your family and friends, being showered and feeling all the love during this extra special time. Although- planning a wedding can bring more than warm fuzzies- it can bring stress, worry and decision anxiety. You have to prioritize and budget- maybe even cut items or experiences that you really wanted. Let Pink Farms help you with this part. We want you to be able to experience all the joy of wedding planning with none of the stress. On the day of your wedding- you don’t want to be so stressed and exhausted that you can’t enjoy the evening. A wedding planner can not only help you navigate and weed through these problems but they can also help problem solve. We will help you SAVE money in the long run by aiding in your budget, assisting with pop-up issues (like when the ceremony music isn’t working) as well as vendor communication.
I ALREADY HAVE A COORDINATOR FROM THE VENUE- IS THIS ENOUGH?
Typically the job of an on-site coordinator from a venue is there to make sure the venue is running up to par and they’re end is covered. They want someone there to keep their end of the deal running. If you don’t have a wedding planner the on site coordinator may assist in running the rehearsal or ceremony. What more is left? That is where we come in-
We get a little things in place. We solve the problems that could arise like.. what if someone brought an extra plus one? Who alters the seat assignments to make room? Who sets up your decor to have exactly vision for your wedding? Who makes sure to get the rest of the payment to the DJ? Most importantly, who is going to advocate for you?
